Company Profile

Alpha Data was founded in 1978 by its current president and CEO Charles "Chuck" Bond on the business philosophy of being a single-source provider to its customers for all their computing needs. Over 30 years later the company continues to embrace the same philosophy of being a single source for its customers by supplying computer software, hardware, training, network consulting, financing, business forms and information services. Alpha Data Systems' proven track record of excellent service to its customers as evidenced by their continued relationships with many of the company's early prominent accounts.

Our Headquarters

Alpha Data Systems is located at 2001 Thomasville Road in Tallahassee, Florida. The company chose and purchased this site in 1981 because of its convenient location, accessibility and the overall functionality of the building's layout and design. The facility houses departments for software, hardware, marketing and sales, accounting and administration, a training center, demonstration and conference rooms, as well as a business forms division (including three warehouses for forms inventory and storage), Alpha Business Forms. The company's information services division, Alpha Information Services is also located here.

Our Staff of Professionals

The Alpha companies are staffed by experienced teams representing nearly 40 employees. Their combined experience includes training and certification in NetWare, Sybase, Oracle, PowerBuilder, FoxPro, SBT VisionPoint and SBT Pro, Forms Design, Work Flow Management and more.

Alpha Data Systems' employees strive to meet the needs and demands of every customer from installation through training and support, to the final "live" implementation date, helping to create a positive transition for each client.
