Not every member of my company is proficient with computers. Is the system hard to learn?

No. In fact, if you can use e-mail you are already on your way to using HOME/TRACK's line of products. Great care has been taken to make HOME/TRACK both powerful and easy to use.

What operating systems does the program work in?

HOME/TRACK works with any Windows operating system version 95 to XP.

Can the program be run over a network?

The program is completely networkable. In fact most of our customers install HOME/TRACK across a LAN in their office so multiple sales and service personell can work on the program at the same time.

Is training included with the purchase of the software?

Your support contract includes unlimited training to any member of your organization regardless of turnover. This is unheard of in the software industry.

I've seen systems that are leased out and that demand payment each quarter for me to continue using my software. Is this such a system?

Be wary of companies that provide software on an infinite lease system. Most of them can and will prevent you from accessing your data. HOME/TRACK and it's data is full owned by you.
