Their knowledge is extensive, encompassing hardware, software, network administration the ability to handle complex billing and regulatory issues with all carriers. They stay abreast of mandatory requirements, thereby keeping your office compliant and running smoothly.

Call 1 (one) number and speak to a “real” person” and we take over from there. Whether your problem stems from hardware, software or if you simply have a question, we are there to help. Your call will be handled in a professional manner and rarely if ever, will you have down time. We keep an expansive amount of spare parts inventory and do onsite and remote diagnostics and repair. Preventative maintenance for both software and hardware is provided for those customers on support agreements.

Training and Implementation

Professional training, be it at our location, your practice or over the web, is available to all our clients. Our home office is equipped with a classroom of advanced technological equipment and software to help your practice become efficient and profitable. Periodic training schedules are provided so your new personnel or those simply requiring a refresher course can attend in a controlled environment that is conducive to learning.
