Alpha Data Systems has a hardware and a software department under the same roof. Why? Because sometimes our customers don't have time to find and contact a separate vendor, then describe work they needed to get done yesterday "one more time." They want to do it once and they want accurate answers and quick results. By having both departments working side-by-side for our customers, Alpha Data can give them (and you) true "total" service.
Alpha Data's hardware technicians provide expert diagnosis from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. They are also available for on-site troubleshooting, repair and replacement and will respond promptly to your request for service if you have an emergency.
